B-elec Services Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through this website, why, and how to contact us. We collect as little as we need to quote and do electrical work — not a marketing database.
What we collect (and what we don’t)
If you call or email us, we only see what you choose to send: typically your name, phone number, suburb, and a description of the job.
The quote form asks for:
- Name
- Phone number (so we can call back)
- Email (optional — only if you want a written reply)
- Service type and a short note about the job (suburb is enough; we do not need your street address until we book a visit)
We do not ask for payment details, date of birth, or ID on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give a quote
- To schedule work you have asked us to do
- To keep job records we are required to keep (licensing, invoicing, safety)
We do not sell your information. We do not use website enquiries for bulk marketing.
Where it goes
Quote requests from the form are stored so we can call or email you back. They are not a public mailing list and we do not sell them. When we send email from the site later, a copy of the enquiry may also go to our inbox.
We use privacy-friendly analytics (Umami) when configured — page views and anonymous usage metrics only, no advertising pixels. No personal information from quote forms is sent to analytics.
Hosting the site may produce standard server logs (for example an IP address and the page requested) used to keep the site running — not to profile you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries we actually receive are kept only as long as needed to quote, do the job, and meet accounting or electrical-work record requirements. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become a job.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not need to keep it. Contact us using the details below.
