These terms cover use of this website, operated by B-elec Services Pty Ltd. By using the site you agree to them. Electrical work itself is agreed separately when we quote and you accept.

Website use

This site is general information about our electrical and air conditioning services in Adelaide. Blog posts and service pages are homeowner guidance, not a substitute for a licensed electrician assessing your property.

Quotes & the contact form

Sending a quote request does not create a contract. Scope and price are confirmed before work starts. The form collects only what we need to call you back (name, phone, optional email, and a note about the job).

We only need enough information to understand the job (name, phone, suburb, what’s going on). We do not need payment details through this website.

Our work

Licensed electrical and related work is carried out under South Australian licensing rules and the Australian Consumer Law. Guarantees under the ACL apply and cannot be excluded. Anything extra we say about warranty is on top of those rights, not instead of them.

Demo content

Some homepage blocks (reviews, Instagram, Google Business) are marked Demo. They show layout only and are not real customer reviews, live social posts, or a live Google listing.

Accuracy of the site

We try to keep information current. We do not warrant that every page is complete or error-free. Do not treat website copy as an on-site diagnosis.

Intellectual property

Branding, copy, and design on this site belong to B-elec Services Pty Ltd unless noted otherwise. Do not copy them for another business without permission. Some photographs are illustrative rather than photos of a specific job.
